2020 Stop The Spread Of COVID -19 Car Safety Video PSA Contest
2020 STOP THE SPREAD VIDEO PSA CONTEST OVERVIEW
This winter, $500.00 will be awarded to a Florida students’ school. Applicants are challenged to create a persuasive message informing Florida drivers that your car is a breeding ground for COVID -19, and how to keep it clean and safe to Stop The Spread of COVID - 19.
The 2020 Stop Their Spread video PSA contest finalists will be listed on the Dori Saves Lives website and Facebook page on October 15th, 2020. Winners will be announced at the 2020 County Commissioners or School District winter meeting.
PSA’s must be a YouTube video that resonates with teens and influences their Safe COVID -19 safe driving behavior.
Entries will be judged and critiqued on the following factors:
Ability to persuade others, especially teen drivers to keep their cars COVID - 19 clean and safe to drive.
Ability to grab the attention of your friends, peers and family.
A clear and understandable message.
Demonstration of your personal creativity and ingenuity.
Who may apply:
Open to 9th - 12th grade students attending any public or private Florida high school (finalists will be required to provide proof of enrollment with a student I.D. or transcript).
Applicant must be a Florida resident.
If under the age of 18 by June 1st, 2020, a parental consent form must be signed by a parent or guardian if you are selected as a finalist.
Deadline to apply online: September 30th, 2020. The 2020 Stop The Spread Video PSA contest winners will be announced at the 2020 County Commissioners or School District winter meeting.
