Distracted driving blamed for 3-car, head-on crash, deputies say  WMTW Portland
A distracted driver caused a head-on crash Sunday on Route 27 in New Vineyard, according to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office. Gail Kelley, 61, of Connecticut, was driving north on Route 27 when her car crossed the centerline and hit another car head-on, deputies said. Kelley's car then hit an SUV, which went off the road and rolled over, officials said. Everyone involved in the crash suffered minor injuries. Deputies said in a news release that Kelley was distracted at the time of the crash. Kelley was issued a summons on a charge of failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle.
