Distracted driving to blame for crash in construction zone, police say WMTW Portland
Police said a distracted driver caused a crash Monday morning in Fryeburg. The crash was reported just after 8 a.m. on Route 302. Police said a tractor-trailer rear-ended a Jeep that was stopped in a construction zone. The driver and passenger inside the Jeep were taken to a hospital but are expected to recover, police said. The driver of the tractor-trailer was not seriously hurt.
